Why is this happening I restarted my Xbox I reconnected my network but nothing works I can't play anything and the message only appears in ultimate and in the other game modes infinite download and black screen? (Madden NFL 25)

Bro I’ve been writing these mfkas for 4 months about this same issue and nobody I mean no from ea has been able to help. They won’t even acknowledge my **bleep** post. I’ve put a lot of my hard earned money into the game and this is what we get in return **bleep** is horrible
