Help please

I tried to talk to support sadly they had no idea what I was talking about I’ve had a ticket in since Sunday night I never got my makerights on the 82-83 exchange pack they claim there was no such make right. I’m missing(30) 82-83 exchange pack  makerights they glitched out when the first boom cards only gave out the 82 boom players everyone in my discord and the ea game changers on YouTube received their make right last week. I’m also missing my xp token from college football and my ultimate alumni players.. I get it it’s a lot of people to take care of but I’m close to refunding the game. Really bad start for madden I shouldn’t have to contact support for a week to get things that I earned
