How do I upgrade Charles Woodson to 95 and 96?

I chose Charles Woodson as my season 5 upgradeable, I have used tickets to buy upgrade tokens and I've made him 94 overall. There are 2 slots to put in tokens to make him 95 and then 96 overall. Howe...

@DANGERGOOSE1 These will be made available at certain points through season 5, just as those 94 overall tokens were released later, in the previous season 4.

Just means you get to decide if you want to build other players to or just save for one and cash in the tokens at the end if the season.
