I always get “Connection Lost” on MUT 25
Hello, whenever I go to ultimate team and play my first game of the day, I get disconnected from EA servers. I then have to restart my game to go back to ultimate team which is bothersome. This happens every time I play ultimate team such as solo battles, solo seasons, h2h, etc and I want to know if it’s a problem on my side or the servers.
The error message says “Connection Lost”
You have lost your connection to PlayStation Network and thus lost your connection to the EA Servers. You will be unable to access any online features until you reconnect. See www.ea.com/unable-to-connect for further information.

If you haven't already, can we give the following a try?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
