I did not receive the free card from the MCS Twitch stream.

I had the live open for around 2 hours and 45 minutes, while Israel Mukuamu requires 2 hours and 30 minutes. When I reached that, I pressed claim. It's been nearly a day and I haven't gotten anything...

I have still yet to receive my twitch rewards for watch the madden 25 MCS event on November 13th at 6:00pm. I have contacted Twitch and they said to contact ea, I did so and they told me to post here for fix. I have claimed the rewards in Twitch and the account is connected properly. I had same issues last year as well on old account. Not sure why this is so difficult.

i was told to submit a ticket because my ea account isnt linked to the correct twitch account. They need to remove the twitch account because it can only be connected to one account. That was a week ago my ticket says waiting for player but i can add anything to the ticket. EA straight sucks
