It won’t let me access my field pass to see my progress or objectives

Question

Whenever I go to my season 4 field pass or any other pass, it won’t let me check my progress or look at any objectives. Also, whenever I open a mystery pack with training and get the the mystery pack, when I try to open it, it says I can’t, then proceeds to kick me out of ultimate team and then my pack is gone along with the training.&nbsp;

@Ryredsfan Same here and EA help is worthless . They used to have a phone number you could call but they got rid of it. I deleted the game and reinstalled it but it didn't help.

@EA_Kent&nbsp;Has EA acknowledged this issue that seems to be affecting all users on PS4 or Xbox One? Is there a ticket for it to be investigated?
