Keep getting friend request error in madden 25

The error on the photo is what I keep getting every time I try to send a friend request, can anyone help with this?

Record on Mut H2H says UNDEFINED in every stat column
my leaderboard on Mut H2H says the word UNDEFINED in every stat column? My record disappeared yesterday. I'm still able to play games and get season rewards still
