Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: tried to go in to each card and add to Zero Chill Kyle Hamilton, into sets and add card does not work, deleted extra lineups (mentioned in another post) recreated lineup 1 noluck

Same here!! Spent 2 hours chatting with EA with no resolution!! Bought a ton of 90s for the new sets. Bought packs with real money. And I'm stuck with them. Can't put into sets. If they don't have this fixed by tomorrow with the new zero chill player sets... I'm gonna be furious!! And requesting all the money I have spent on this game refunded fully!! Absolutely bs!!! This year's madden has been buggy since day 1. They made me uninstall game and reinstal. Had me redo my lineup. Had me check cards to see if the cards were bugged. Waste of time and waste of money.

Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: deleted all other rosters, built new roster filled in each position manually, cleared PS5 software cache

I can't get in to do any sets in ultimate team. It just says error every time

No luck yet! Ever since yesterday's release!! EA!!! Fix ur game!!! Don't think they even look at this stuff. Spent 2 hours messaging EA yesterday with no luck. H

When I go into sets on madden 25 I get kicked out.   If I try to add a card to a set I get kicked out.   Why is this happening

Summarize your bug Whenever I go into sets the game crashes. This isn't the first time either, happened about a month ago.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into sets in MUT.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me back to the main MUT menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the sets and be able to create sets.

This is now the 2nd time in a month this has happened and no mention of any kind of assistance anywhere!
