Madden 25 coins wiped and auction house ban
Well this is the second time this happened to me this year and probably will be the last ever as I will not be buying another madden
I logged in and saw that my entire coin stack of 700k+ was completely wiped and I was permanently banned from the auction house
this is my first ultimate team in a while and I have no idea why they made the auction house the way it is with max prices minimums and what not and why they have automated bots permabanning people who don’t deserve it I mean this is insane
I have spent $150+ on this game in the past month and as bad as some packs have been I pulled some ltds and sold them as their value is pretty high and determined by the market heavily
I was selling off most of my team since Christmas is coming and when the presents open the market crashes and everyone is cheap so buy then and was banned for it
the most frustrating thing is EA dosnt even understand this happens and the reasoning for why the market might fluctuate in a short period of time and why cards might be bought and sold for “unusual amounts” it feels like the devs don’t even play the game
the fact that I have spent over $200 on packs and have gotten banned is insane and should be a crime
not much else to say just very dissapointed in this company and the fact that they’re the one with a monopoly on a football video game I’ve sent in an appeal and hoping for the best at least a refund for the money I’ve spent
We don't know the details of your ban here on the EA Forums. CMs have no visibility into sanctions on an account.
However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
