Madden 25 h2h ranked bug

Question

I’m at champion 3 and I got to 3237 just like it says to hit top 100 now it keeps saying that I’m -37 to top 100 players when I got the points that were needed for top 100 can you please fix it and figure out why I’m not top 100 when I have grinded to top 100
