Madden 25 MUST FIX ASAP

Madden 25 Game freezes every game can’t play or back out terrible gameplay. When I did make it to finals in head to head it kicks me and asks me how was the quality and I haven’t even played. Spent to much money for a game to not work! Bad enough you have to spend money to get decent cards but to not even play is terrible and unacceptable! Not to mention know when it does kick us we have to wait until other team leaves so our record not counted for loss. Definitely feels like a SCAM MADDEN/EA very disappointed.
