Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. I really don't know why you can't access MUT. The best I can recommend is contacting your ISP to see if they can help.
If you can get into MUT, create a new lineup and use that instead. Don't edit an existing lineup. You need to create a new one. Another possible solution if you have 64 players on your roster is to remove one so you have 63.
I did reach out to WebPass. They said they will check into it.
They of course threw it back to you (EA) and said probably on server end.
I guess if I can’t get resolved this week or so, I’ll seek a refund. It’s a shame as I was enjoying the game.

Thanks for trying that. This is obviously very unfortunate. If I come across any other potential resolutions, I'll let you know.

It does seem like quite a few are getting same error message. Wonder if common thread?
I have deluxe edition with early access. Played since day one and lost service on Aug 20.
