Missing 99 Overall token for Jalen Hurts

I have the Madden version that gives you a 99 overall token for the new 99 overall Jalen Hurts card, the only thing is the token still isn't in my account for some reason. I've contacted EA help with a valid purchase history and spoke with two different people. They told me to report this on forums and said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours.

    Boogs0216 Reporting this here doesn't get missing content added. Community Managers aren't support, and we don't grant content. =If there are enough players stating that something is wrong, we send it to the games team and they look. 

    Support would be the ones to go through missing content. If they say they cannot help and send you here, I am afraid that would be incorrect.

    When they looked at your account, what specifically did they tell you?

  • Appreciate the response let me copy the exact transcript. 

    "I would like to inform you that we can not validate an old purchase so I am going to share this feedback with the game team. Please do not worry. However please report it on the forums as well https://www.ea.com/forums if there is any resolution to this the forums team will reach out to you." They also were surprised I hadn't received the content I purchased as I had a valid purchase history of the deluxe version of the game.

    Do you know how long until I receive any info about this missing content? In EA help, they seem to be completely voiding an answer. Originally when I reported they said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. It has now been almost 5 days and I have no word from anyone. I just went to chat with another EA employee on EA help and he gave me no solution since I purchased Madden in 2024. You told me forums couldn't help with missing content but you have been very understanding and seem to want to fix my problem. Would you by chance know how long until I hear back as I just want this card.
