I can't play anything in MUT, and can't play anything that's online
Do you mean online modes outside of MUT are not working either? It just keeps searching for an opponent? Did you try what I suggested in my last response?

So downloaded Madden 24.
No code asked for
Madden 24
Cannot get into MUT - servers cannot process request at this time
Superstar KO - goes in, then kicks out to screen
Head to Head online - got to "looking for opponent" screen
Madden 25
Cannot get into MUT - servers cannot process request at this time
Superstar KO - goes in, then kicks out to screen
Head to Head online - never gets to screen, just blank space

I should have mentioned that I could plat MUT in 24 version last year.

Following up from my answer on Thursday. The fact that I can no longer get into MUT in Madden 24 as big of a mystery as the Madden 25 issue. Anything tech people can narrow down for me. I still need to bring my PS5 to a friend, when the chance becomes available.

Wanted to reach back out with an update. After the Madden 24 update yesterday, I was able to get into MUT in 24 as well as MUT in 25. I had zero time to play and hopefully will have same success tonight.

Everytime I queue into a madden H2H it will load then kick me out with “Our servers cannot process your request at this time” it seems a couple of these errors appear in different ways but it’s all the same error generating a line up doesn’t fix it at all I’ve already spent around $200 on packs plus the game itself if there truly is no solution to fix this I demand a full refund.

Try creating a new lineup. Don't edit an existing one. Make sure a new lineup is created and use that one instead. If that doesn't help, please start a new thread so we can go through troubleshooting.
I'm now going to lock this thread as it seems the OP's issue is resolved. @SlapShotSal, if that's not the case, please let me know and I'll re-open this.
