MUT Duos

My buddy and I are having trouble playing H2H Duos where we will start a game and it takes us to the loading screen we will see opponents names then we get booted to the title screen. We have reset and updated all devices, checked all connections and uninstalled and reinstalled Madden 25 x/s with nothing fixing it . We can play duos with randoms just not with each other.
