Madden 25 Premium Pass Showing Locked After Maintenance

Does anybody have a direct line to someone who works for Madden NFL 25 Madden Ultimate Team? I need to ask them something important.

Hey, folks

If your premium pass is showing locked and not giving credit, etc. We need the following:

Platform
EA ID
If PS (PS4 or PS5) version downloaded
PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag ID
The screenshot showing Premium Pass locked

dhenley4 Reboot the console and the game and log back in. Check the pass again. If you do not see it update, I need a screenshot of the pass showing locked or whatever error(s) you get in game.
