Madden 25 Ultimate Team Fire Opportunity Offer incorrect pack content.

Hi there. I just opened the fire opportunity offe pack for 1050 points it said the pack would contain an 85+ player or a 93 ovr player ( or Ltd while available)

Only to be given a 84 rated player Sean Taylor legends when opened the pack. I think this is make rights and should be compensated.

I attached a file below to show what I received out of the fire opportunity offer pack for 1050 points.

    I was effected by this mistake and still have yet to receive any reimbursement or anything? What am I supposed to do?
