Reached top 100 with 3240 points but it still says I’m in champion III. What’s going on?

First off EA is a joke. I've opened 3 cases for two weeks about this issue. So it's been known without any fix from EA help. They don't plan on fixing it.

I’m in the same boat bro I’ve even intentionally lost it and got it back to see if it would fix itself
