Madden Ultimate Team | Makegood Details | September 10th

Hey Ultimate Team fans,

We have some updates for you around makegoods from previous programs and how we’re going to distribute them to players.

First, we’ll be rolling out makegoods for Season of Boom, Campus Heroes, and AKA this morning. Next we’ll be targeting later today to deliver the rest of Ultimate Alumni and Rookie Premiere content. As mentioned on @MaddenNFLDirect, we will have a separate post with full details about an additional makegood for both Ultimate Alumni and Rookie Premiere.

Below you’ll find the program with makegood details and the impacted timeframe.

Season of Boom

• 83 OVR Christian Watson: Users who did not receive the correct content after completing the Season of Boom Challenges, will be receiving the 83 OVR Christian Watson. 
• Season of Boom Milestones: Some users did not receive the correct rewards when achieving specific Milestones for Season of Boom Challenges. Impacted users will be receiving 80+ OVR and 82+ OVR GameTime pack for the 78+ OVR and 80+ OVR Milestones rewards.

Campus Heroes 

• An incorrect LTD was displayed on the store during the Campus Heroes program. For players that purchased packs that could contain an LTD during the impacted timeframe  will be receiving a GameTime pack per pack purchased.

Impacted timeframe: On 8/29, from 2:16 PM ET to 2:30 PM ET 

AKA

• AKA Pack Odds were displayed incorrectly and any users who purchased any AKA packs during the impacted timeframe will be receiving 2x AKA packs with the correct odds.

Impacted timeframe: On 9/2, from 1:30PM ET to 2:36 PM ET
