Madden Ultimate Team Ranked Division Not Accurate

My psn is Eyeambrandon_ and my current ranked points in MUT is 3308, which should be legend division. however my it still says i’m champion 3 and need -108 points to reach legend. Will i still be getting Chris Johnson?

Update: Finished with over 3300 rp and didn’t get cj2k. got jordan fuller. really no point in playing ranked anymore if i can’t get the player that i earn.

First off EA is a joke. I've opened 3 cases for two weeks about this issue. So it's been known without any fix from EA help. They don't plan on fixing it.
