Hey Ultimate Team fans,
We hope you’re enjoying Zero Chill! We’ve seen players share some confusion around Presents, and we want to provide some clarity.
We have verified that all Presents are in the correct Stockings, so you are receiving the intended content from each! However, the player item and program specific Presents were mistakenly labeled with sizes, and we intended for these specific Presents to not include a size.
The value of all Zero Chill items can be seen via their Snow quicksell value. To reduce the confusion, we will be removing the size labels from some of the Presents.
Again, we have verified all Presents and Stockings are their intended contents and are working quickly to update the present labels.
