Missing 96 Overall Derwin James after Set completion
Completed 96 overall derwin James set and didn't receive him I received a 94 overall totw player pack can someone please help me

Haven’t received my 96 overall Derwin James team of the week card after completing the set
only received a pack with a 94 overall totw card

I completed the set at 4:33 pm yesterday 1/15/25My account says I have 1 unopened pack but when I click in to it, it takes me to the shop
I’ve tried restarting and everything for almost 24 hours
this is millions of coins I spent to get him.

Same here… my first response from ea was surely that this would never happen again and better luck next time - my 2nd response was that by 4:30 this would be fixed or we would have an update
but classic ea doing ea things
