Missing EA Play Pro Monthly Madden Points

I’m reaching out to the community because I’ve encountered an ongoing issue with my EA Play Pro subscription and have been unable to get it resolved despite contacting EA Support multiple times (at least five separate occasions).
I subscribed to the yearly EA Play Pro plan specifically for the advertised benefits, which include receiving 500 Madden Points each month from August 2024 through July 2025, as stated in the terms of the subscription. I have met all the requirements, including:
- Maintaining an active EA Play Pro subscription.
- Logging into Madden NFL 25 and accessing Ultimate Team daily.
However, I have not received the monthly Madden Points for several months, even though I’ve complied with all the conditions. Each time I contact support, I’m told that the missing points cannot be provided, even though the subscription terms state the points are provided on a “monthly” basis.
Support has also informed me that there is no team to escalate this issue to and suggested posting here on the forums to increase visibility. At this point, I am frustrated, as I feel I am not receiving the service I paid for and am being redirected without a clear resolution.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to get this resolved, I’d greatly appreciate your input. EA, if you’re monitoring this forum, I would request that this matter be investigated further and resolved.
