When I logged in today it asked me to log into ea and when I did it asked me to change my password when all was said and done I finally get in and see my entire ultimate team wiped a 95 offense and a 96 defense just gone
Community Managera7xredninja117 I took a look at the account, and it looks like the Xbox account the game is being played on now is almost like a new account, as it was added the other day and not one that has been playing on. For this one, you will need to reach out to Live Support They will need to verify the account with you and take a look at the logs.
