Missing grid iron guardians welcome pack

I am missing my Gridiron welcome pack. I have a lot of max energy cell upgrade tokens that I can't use because I did all the challenges. Why am I missing my pack and will I be able to get the pack or no? I really hope I didn't waste my own time.

When it comes to missing content on a player's account, this is a situation where we cannot assist over the forums. These claims are handled through the Live Support team through chat and email. 

If you check your game and the Companion app and are unable to locate the content, you will need to set up a case on the Help site.

• Select Madden NFL 25
• In the search type in 'earned'
• Select I'm looking for something I earned
• If you do not have a case select Log in
• If you do have a case and cannot continue, click on Continue without logging in

• Fill out your case as detailed as you can before you submit your case
