Missing H2H Ranked Rewards

Question

As many others have stated, I'm missing my ultimate team H2H ranked rewards for session 6.

For awareness, I logged in to ultimate team Saturday, March 1, 2025 around 1:00pm EST and navigated to Head to Head mode. I selected "Season Recap" for ranked H2H and nothing happened; no rewards were displayed, no recap of my season, nothing. I returned to the ultimate team title screen and didn't have any packs to open. I navigated to My Items and searched for my rewards and there was nothing.

Oddly enough, I took pictures of my rank a few days prior to the season ending as I was talking to my brother about my progress this season. I ended up finishing the season around 4,100 ranking points. I attached these pictures for reference.

Does anyone know if there is a support ticket of sorts I can submit to EA? I'd like to highlight this issue and I'm happy to also highlight the fact this is a problem for a lot of players out there. I work in the change management space in my day job so I'm familiar with the support ticket process and all that goes with it. Imagine the MUT developers will have a pretty tough Monday tomorrow haha.

Edit: positive update - EA Help twitter posted saying "Hey Madden fans, Season 7 Ranked is available for #Madden25 Ultimate Team and Online Head 2 Head. We are targeting tomorrow to deliver Season 6 Ultimate Team Ranked rewards and will provide updates below as needed."

I'm not holding my breath. They do have a notice on the EA Help page saying "Having issues with missing or incorrect items in Madden NFL 25?". Selecting that notice expands and shows the following message, "We're looking into it. Follow @EAHelp for the latest updates."

I'm hoping this is EA acknowledging the issue. I just logged in to ultimate team and still don't have my H2H ranked rewards from session 6.

Spoke with an agent, they know about it and are trying to fix it, I was not given a timeline.&nbsp;
