Missing PLAYOFF WELCOME PACK

I did not receive a playoff welcome pack. I contacted EA, and after a day sent another BHM pack. I appreciate the gesture, but this was not the pack I was missing. I never received a Playoff Welcome pack that you upgrafe with the tokens. Can i please have this reinstated on my account
