Missing Premium Team Pass Reward

Question

I purchased the Premium Team Pass and got this reward notice after playing the game on June 4. I am still waiting on my Madden Points to be credited to my account. While I submitted my case to EA, they said to put it here. So here it is - can I get these points now?

i only see 50 madden points as reward on different levels. after which level this screen popped up?

i dont believe that there is an intended reward of 5050 points in a pass that costs just 1000 points. i am afraid that this was only a visual error.
