Missing rewards

Right. EA Help told me they could see packs that need to be opened, but the only things showing up in my pack inventory are 4 player presents. I explained this to them, but they said whatever they see in my inventory needs to be opened. I am missing quite a few season 4 and zero chill premium field pass rewards, but I dont know exactly when this problem happened, I can only assume it started when the glitch where paid premium users were getting offers to buy the premium pass again. I only noticed yesterday when I exited a game and a screen said I was due packs but when I click out of the screen nothing was there but the presents. EA Help rep said a common solution was for players to open packs in their inventory which typically fixed the glitch. He said if I couldnt do that then make a post here, and if the post gets enough traction a dedicated team will address the issue via a mass fix. 

Have u tried using the companion app? Sometimes packs show up on there that don't in the game. It's sad how ea treats it's customers and community. 

Yeah I use the app regularly and it only shows the presents.

@oddg0dhave you bought the zero chill premium pass? it is not included in the season 4 premium pass.

the game shows incorrect packs after legends, totw, aka, ...challenges. those packs were already given befor.

ok woah. I didnt know that you had to buy BOTH passes… the EA Help rep claimed he could see on my account I am due for BOTH premium rewards… now im confused. 

the zc premium pass needs to be bought for 1050 madden points and has nothing to do with the premium season pass. the information you got from eahelp is not correct.

I just Purchased a Platinum Pack that gave Me 2 78ovr Platinum Cards that Quicksold for for 6,000 Coins each, and 1 87ovr Zero Chill Card. When I brought up My Inventory both Platinum Cards are there, but the 87ovr is not. Ive done pretty much everything I can Think of including Hard Resetting My Xbox and it's just nonexistent.
