Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards
Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

I'm still missing my Rookie Premiere cards, as well as my Ultimate Alumni players? I opened a case with EA Help and they said "its taking longer than usual and we'll have it to you soon," and still nothing. Lots of people already have these cards and I'm still waiting on them. I've verified I earned these rewards on the old games. Waited days and restarted multiple times. EA Help doesn't give the option to chat with someone. Is there a way to actually talk to someone about the issue or no? Spending money and time for premium content I haven't received and not being able to actually talk to a representative about missing content is extremely frustrating.
I was able to chat with them this afternoon about missing content but you won't get a different. The CSR's just say they are working on it and a resolution will be soon. Ugh...
