Dear EA Support,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I am experiencing in Madden 24. Despite following all the recommended steps and communicating with EA Help, I am still missing several key items from my account, including my Rookie Premieres, tokens, Puka Nacua, Christian Watson, and the 32-team chemistry that I have rightfully earned.It has now been over a week since I first noticed these missing items, and I am genuinely disheartened by the lack of resolution. These are not just minor inconveniences; they are crucial components of my gaming experience, especially given the significant time, effort, and money I have invested in acquiring them on time. I have spent countless hours grinding through challenges, completing objectives, and even purchasing packs to ensure that I could unlock these items as soon as they became available. The absence of these items severely impacts my ability to enjoy the game, and it feels incredibly unfair to be left in this situation despite having done everything right on my end.What makes this situation even more disheartening is the upcoming release of Madden 25. As you know, the value of the 85 overall items will diminish significantly with the new release, rendering them nearly obsolete. This makes the delay in receiving them even more frustrating, as I am being denied the opportunity to fully utilize and enjoy the rewards I have worked hard to earn on time. The excitement I once had for this game is quickly turning into dissatisfaction and regret, which is not the experience I expected when I invested so much into Madden 24.I have been a loyal EA member since 2015, purchasing Madden every year since then. Over the years, I have always looked forward to the release of each new edition, and I have enjoyed the improvements and updates you’ve made. However, this experience has left me more disappointed than I have ever been. I have not only invested my time but also my hard-earned money to ensure that I could access and enjoy this content as soon as possible. To still be without these items, despite all my efforts, is incredibly disheartening and is not the level of service I expect from a company I’ve supported for nearly a decade.I am pleading with you to address this issue urgently. I understand that technical issues can arise, but as a dedicated player and customer, I expect a much higher level of service and responsiveness, especially when my concerns have already been brought to your attention. Please, I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that I receive the items I am missing. I would greatly appreciate a detailed update on the status of this issue and what steps are being taken to resolve it.
