Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

My game tag:: KASON-CRIMES PS5 ….i did two rookie premieres but only received one where is my other rookie premiere also I received two team chemistry upgrade so thats proof im missing one where is it
