Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

I completed all three sets in Madden 24 for the Madden 25 Rookie Premiere rewards but have not received anything besides the Puka Nacua and the 32-team chemistry token.
