Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

I am still missing my Rookie Premier as well.
Platform: Xbox Series X
Xbox Gamertag: Wayde Sol
EA Account ID: Dunnwm
Missing: Rookie Premier Packs (85)
I did receive the 82 Puka and 32-Team Chemistry, just none of the RP packs (85).
I did a EA Support case and they said I needed to post here.
