Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards

After a significant wait, my Rookie Premiere content finally showed up. However, I am missing 1 token. I received Puca Nuca, 3 Rookie Premier Packs, but only 2 out of the 3 - 32 Team Rookie Premiere Chem Tokens. I earned ALL of the Rookie Premiere content in Madden 24, completing ALL of the sets and finishing the entire field pass long before Madden 25 was ever launched. At this point I am not really sure where to turn, I reached out to other community members on Twitch to see if they are experiencing similar issues, some indeed are. 

In the meantime, I have been closely follow Good Morning Madden and X in case there is an update. I also sent in a ticket to EA Help. EA Help was friendly but after many days going back and forth, they told me they could not fix this issue, (curiously they claim they don't handle Rookie Premieres? WTH?), not did they offer me any insight or direction or where to get assistance on fixing this issue, or put me in contact with someone directly to fix the issue. They eventually pointed me to this forum and told me to post a question and hope at some point a community manager would reply. So here am I hoping someone can give me clarification and send me the earned token. Surely, there has to be a better way of getting support. It is disappointing to say the least that EA Help, provided very little help.
