Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

i was supposed to receive puka nacua, jayden daniels, rome odunze, and dallas turner along with the chem tokens.
i have received none of the above.
No word on any of this. Other people have an unfair advantage. Very disappointing.
