Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards
Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

I wondered the exact same thing when I chatted with EA Help. I even asked, if we aren't getting help from "EA Help", where as consumers are we suppose to turn. At first it seemed like they wanted to push this issue onto the console maker. I explained that was foolish answer as customers from all platforms were experiencing this. The lack of transparency from this company shows they clearly need some help communicating.

i am still missing my ultimate alumni tokens all of them
I never received any rookie premiere items that I earned
Loged onto madden durring final .I it's of superbowl and wet through defense and offense to see what changes needed to be made a d poof it tells me I have a gap on defense, I go through my players to find out my lvl 95 ovrl Ray Nichske is completely gone from my binder, after chatting with support until almost 1 am I'm informed it's still there on my account and it could be a glitch. I follow all steps to renew license , log out and back in and it's still not there! I've spent too much money every year on this game and this is the last straw, lost my franchise last 2 madden ago and I've had it. They take players to make you buy players.
