Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

Missing Rookie Premiere. I received one token and filed case with EAHelp twice. I was told to wait for it. It's been two weeks and I never received the second token. I play on PS4 and my name is K-I-Dub-L-E-R. I should be given something to make up for this since it's been two weeks and now they are almost old cards and won't have the same impact on the game. We start season two next week.. Please fix as soon as possible.
I’m still missing all 3 rookie premiere packs, Puka, and my 32 team chem tokens. EA help was of no use as usual. Not sure why you would have a section called help, if they can’t do anything. Xbox tag cunar12
