Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

I completed all 3 sets in M24. I haven't received anything yet in M25. I contacted EA help and they said they would pass my concerns on to a developer because the content was already on the servers and the developers are the only ones with the ability to fix the issue. I'm extremely frustrated
