Relax I just received my 85 Rookie Premiere Fantasy Pack today so the rollout has already begun & will last Tru tomorrow so be patience I'm sure it will arrive soon.

Still have not received any Rookie Premiere items.  Currently playing on Xbox Series X (Upgraded from Xbox One).  My gamertag is DamianBobs.  I would expect to see at least 2 RP packs and 2 M25 TP 32 Team Chems.  Thanks!

Hello, I’m still missing my 3 Rookie Premieres, Puka Nucua and team chemistry tokens. I’ve opened a case with EA Help but they have not helped resolve the issue and directed me to this forum. I will provide a screen shot of my items from Madden 24.

Hey everyone, 

Thank you for all the reports you've shared with us on this. We are still looking into this, but there was something I wanted to hopefully clarify here regarding the Rookie Premiere rewards.

If you completed the Madden NFL 24 Rookie Premiere sets on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, those rewards would not transfer over to PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S in Madden NFL 25. Rewards and progress do not carry over between the different console generations. Also, if you completed the Madden NFL 24 sets on PC, the rewards would not transfer to console, or vice versa. We've seen a few reports here that mention a situation like this, so I wanted to let you know.

If you still aren't seeing the rewards after completing the sets on the same console generation, or on PC, please let us know.

We were never told the Rookie Premieres would not transfer over from Xbox One to Xbox Series X. I would have never spent the time and money to get these completed. EA’s communication is non existent when it comes to important details like this. This is completely false advertising. I want a refund for all the points I bought trying to obtain these Rookie Premieres. EA needs to be held accountable. Nothing is ever communicated to the consumer! So that’s it? For all the people who completed Rookie Premieres on current gen and then went to next gen, they are out of luck??? That is unacceptable!!
