Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

This is beyond frustrating, people like me spent real time, hours and hours and or money to get these items. This is unacceptable for any business to be this nonchalant about a MAJOR mess up and issue. Seems to happen every year, this should be something that is fixed before anyone leaves the office, bundles for significant amounts of money were advertised to get these items in madden 24 with the impression they would be on your account day one in madden 25, it didn't say in the bundle we would be waiting weeks on end and feel like an afterthought for spending money. EA help sends me here, here send me to EA help, there is no action done. This is simply unacceptable. Then there is also the ultimate alumnis which are the exact same thing. Someone from EA please respond because this is not right. This is not a good look and I know im not the only one having this happen. It's the majority of players and is an awful way to treat paying customers.

I’m still missing all 3 rookie premiere packs, Puka, and my 32 team chem tokens. EA help was of no use as usual. Not sure why you would have a section called help, if they can’t do anything. Xbox tag cunar12

Was told to add to this thread - still missing one of my Rookie Premieres and one of my Ultimate Alumni players. On PS5 and gamer tag is FearShakespearee.

I completed all 3 sets in M24. I haven't received anything yet in M25. I contacted EA help and they said they would pass my concerns on to a developer because the content was already on the servers and the developers are the only ones with the ability to fix the issue. I'm extremely frustrated

I just received the Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and also Rookie Premieres. Thx.

@zador73 when did you get rps? Most of us still dont have them and glad u got them but by u saying that they will think everyone has them. I doubt u just got them today because no one has.

Hey @EA_Kent,Xbox series X, and Basefoot357 for username. With still no RP and have everything else’s with so many extra UA cards and extra XP token I can’t use, so it becomes binder garbage.

I switched from Xbox one to series x before madden 25. I completed a rookie premier on xb1 and thought I would get it in next gen. Is that not the case or am I just one of the guys still waiting on it to show up? I did receive all 3 alumni players today.
