Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards

I haven’t received ANY of my rookie premier items or packs

I got rookie fantasy pack which has several (5 I think) 85 BND players and three team chem tokens on Tuesday 27th. The latter turned the former into a Cowboy for the homer Cowboy team I'm putting together.

I didn't get a specific player, iirc I finished two rookies in M24 and got all of the  team chems that were made available in Field Pass and/or challenges (just in case, never got a third rookie). I took the 85 CB which was an upgrade to my team. Other positions in the fantasy pack were: WR + QB + LOLB + LT +  the CB I took, forget all the names, they were probably 1st rounders for top 5 draft teams but the tokens opened up all 32 teams for those players.

When the above fantasy pack showed up, I also got a single WR player, the Rams player who was 99 GOLD during the last month of so of M24. He was 82 iirc in M25.

So, I guess the rookies are trickling out as of Tuesday 27th.

I still haven't received my Rookie Premiere cards. Playing on XBox Series S, gamertag JimiMoo.

Missing 1 UA card and Rookie Premiers

I received my ultimate Alumni and one of my rookie premiers, but I never received my second rookie premier.

I am still missing my rookie premieres. 8.5M coins i spent on madden 24 heres proof. my ps5 gamertag is 4mula-cosmos. i have not received them i just want the pack man i can send whatever proof i need

How yall gonna say yall done rolling out items on the stream when I don’t even have my rookie premiers and a bunch of other people don’t I paid good money to get those sets done on madden 24 and yall take my money instantly but when it comes to giving out the items it’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my rookie premier

I still miss one Ultimate Alumni and Watson, I play on ps5, so many players have just 2 and so many have 4 or more players-tokens. Hope soon it's all fixed
