Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards
Missing Rookie Premieres Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres. Any idea when we get them?

How yall gonna say yall done rolling out items on the stream when I don’t even have my rookie premiers and a bunch of other people don’t I paid good money to get those sets done on madden 24 and yall take my money instantly but when it comes to giving out the items it’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my rookie premier

I still miss one Ultimate Alumni and Watson, I play on ps5, so many players have just 2 and so many have 4 or more players-tokens. Hope soon it's all fixed

- Missing ONE UA player (got a token, but it's useless at this point). Got only 1 rookie premier (Puka) and 1 Team Chem token. Need everything else.
I am missing one Ultimate Alumni Crossover. I received only two tokens.

I did receive the 82 Puka and 32-Team Chemistry, just none of the RP packs (85).

1. I have not recieved any of my 3 ultimate alumni tokens
2. I have not received any of my rookie premiere players or team chem tokens , including puka nucua
3. I purchased madden deluxe and never recieved my 4600 madden points, essentially I spent 90 to get the 60 dollar game
4. I am a member of EA play and have never recieved the august free pack
I know I am more fortunate that others to have received anything thus far. I definitely agree that other users have a competitive advantage due to the limitations on quality cards being available thus far, which is the reason we all completed the Rookie Premiere Promo on Madden 24. I am of the opinion that the lack of transparency is unacceptable. During an episode of GMM, it was misspoken that the issue had been completely resolved. Many viewers, probably some of you, were outraged, they had not been made whole. I hope that this post brings awareness to EA and they make each of our situations whole and in a timely manner. As many of you know Madden MUT content has a very short and significant shelf life. When any of this is delayed even in a short span, the value of the content is greatly diminished or has no value at all. For most of us, this was the case with Ultimate Alumni. When I received mine, all 3 players went from being the best choice to maybe the 5th best choice at their respective position. Also it did not help that many of the opponents I faced had these cards in their lineup, giving them an unfair competitive advantage.
So to EA, I implore you to make this situation whole and issue the earned content sooner than later.
