Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards

I am still waiting on my rookie premieres as well. I have not received my set players but for some odd reason I received my Puka Nacua  

I'm also still missing 1 of my ultimate alumni

Still waiting on my RP Fantasy Pack for completing the Jayden Daniel Set I did finly receive Puka & got the 32 team Chem token but not my fantasy pack EA 

Can u please receive this & my 83 Waston
