Really, we need a clear answer here. We have been waiting for 4 days now. I have been very patient. I have not received my ranked reward still which was supposed to be 95 OVR Michael Penix. I’m on PlayStation. My PlayStation username is Micah_416. Does providing this information help so you know that my profile is one in which no rewards were given to?

Community Managermicahm416 That is valid. I get it. I'm a gamer; I play daily. For myself, though, no because I do not support or grant content. A CM doesn't handle missing content, so we can't hop over to your account and add anything.
Does it help? Yes, because if I have the specific info, I send a nice message to the team, and they take a look at the info you gave and go from there. Unless Live Support can handle it - in most cases, they can - this is a games team concern that has to be handled on their end. Not the forums.
I understand. It is not of your responsibility or capability as a community manager. I’m just trying to wrap my head around the fact they claimed to be rolling out rewards yesterday afternoon, and most have not received still. I think some update from Madden NFL Direct very soon today on X(Twitter) would be greatly appreciated by the community.
