Missing Season 6 Ranked H2H Rewards

Doing a follow-up as the team did resolve this issue, and rewards did go out. If you have not received your Ranked Rewards, please log into the game and companion app and check both.
Please note: If it is the player card rewards, such as badges, logos, etc., those have not yet been sent out to players.
Any other rewards besides the player card rewards, please provide the following:

Missing the champion 96 OVR Brents as well as the 95+ MCS twitch stream pack. I was rewarded a random Penix which is incorrect.
