Can you explain what exactly was "rolled out"?

Your statement or the statement provided to you to relay to the community is just an obfuscation. 

Can we know what they "rolled out" already and when the cards will be "rolled out"? 

When will we receive an update with some helpful information?

The team is looking into these rewards that players should have received and the player card rewards.

Once there is an update, will let you all know what the word is.

It would be nice if the community were told what the underlying issue is. You know, like "sorry everyone, one of our developers forgot to take a backup before they were modifying a database and since we has no backup from season 6, we lost gamer data so we promise to issue make rights and restore your faith in the product!"
