Missing Season 6 Ranked H2H Rewards

i missing champion rewards. I got 95 qb which is the wrong reward. 

this is very upsetting especially because I don’t complain and have spend more money than I wish to admit. You should treat your paying customer with better customer service. Or you’ll lose valuable customer who spend money 

Finally received my Brent but where is my Micheal Penix Jr at?

Got mine this morning on ps5

Every time that I click on my lineup, the game crashes and says that it cannot connect to server. This has been happening since I received my reward. I’m unable to fix my lineup and therefore unable to enter any matches since I have some open positions. Is there a fix of this?

I am missing my top 100 Calvin Johnson rewards and the top 100 jerseys with it, I have checked both the companion app and the binder and they are still not there 

Finished TOP 100 but getting random rewards that aren’t top 100!!!!!

I'm still missing my H2H ranked rewards, I was given a Michael Penix instead of the Juju Brents. I placed in the champion division and dont understand why i was given Penix. I've contacted EA help multiple times and they keep telling me they are investigation. I would appreciate any help!
