Missing Top 100 Minkah Card - Received Kyle Van Noy instead

In the recent H2H ranked season, I reached the top 100, yet I never received the right card. I was supposed to get the 99ovr Minkah but got Kyle Van Noy instead. I tried making a case with EA, but they keep neglecting it and saying there's nothing they can do, and they don't address anything. I am trying to get the card I deserve asap. Please help.
