MUT Content Missing After Logging into The Game

I have reached out to EA multiple times now for the past month, and I’m not getting anywhere with them to help with the issue I’m having with my ultimate teams. All my players are missing gloves, arm sleeves, etc.. I have sent them multiple screenshots of what they look like. Is anyone else having this issue? It happens in any game mode I play in ultimate teams.

    @glabra13 When it relates to any missing content, the first thing to do is make sure your game is logged into the correct account, on PC that is pretty easy as you would see the game show up after logging in. On the console, if the console is not connected to the right EA account, a lot of players rarely see this and just log in.

    If you are on the right account, you can log into the companion app and check if the content is there. If it is not, that indicates that either it is one of two things:

    Wrong account

    Compromised account

    This isn't always the case but is typically the most common. At this point, you would have to reach out to Support and ask them to check the logs. Logging in and out of your game a few times will sync the game and show your content. Sadly that isn't something we can do from here.

    I’m logged into the correct account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and still all of my madden ultimate team players have no gloves, no arm sleeves. When I play a quick play matchup and not ultimate teams, the players look like they should look I restarted my Xbox and the game and it’s still doing the same thing in ultimate teams.

    @glabra13 Gotcha. So once we confirm you are in the right account and nothing is there, its time to have the logs looked into with support. They need to go over the account see where everything went.

    I don’t think it’s the generation of console. Because sometimes when I’m in an ultimate team match or even in any of the challenges on ultimate teams, some of the players on the opposite side will have what they’re supposed to have like gloves, etc. my just never do. I think this is a bug issue but I have reached out to EA so many times and still just get the runaround of they have reported it to higher ups but then every time I check the status of my case it’s always closed. I even made a post on the EAQ forms for bug reports and haven’t even had any replies on that.

    I upgraded my console to an Xbox series X and re-downloaded madden 25 but now I don’t have any of my progress from my ultimate teams all my players and coins is gone

  • there is no transfer in ultimate team from one console generation to another. you can play your ultimate team in the old gen version on your series x but then will the game look as befor...
